In a factory producing thousands of bottles an hour, a small technical fault can turn into an economic disaster in a matter of minutes.
The problem
If a filling machine suffers a pressure drop, it starts producing bottles with less product than required. If you notice an hour later, you have to manually check 20,000 bottles or, worse, throw them all away because you don't know which ones are defective.
The solution
We connect the heart of the machines to the product codes. By linking the serializer to the piece counter, we associate serials with the products created in a given time interval. The system listens to the line's signals and writes them into the history of every product that will end up in a batch. If an anomaly occurs, the system indicates exactly which serials are involved: you can isolate just the problem and restart production within minutes.
The value for the client
Less waste and more profit. Material losses drop drastically and factory efficiency improves, with control over every second of production.
